Our role is to prepare the customized, IRS-compliant documentation that allows a self-directed 401(k) plan to be properly set up, operated, amended, or terminated. We work with clients, advisors, and financial institutions to ensure plan paperwork is completed accurately and kept up to date in accordance with current regulations.
We focus exclusively on the documentation and administrative framework of the plan. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice, and we do not custody plan assets.
